Case summary

Problem

Tasks, owners, progress, evidence, reviews, alerts, reports and history needed to be centralised without losing control of the monitoring.

A React PWA was built with a normalised data model, transactional operations, history, reporting, imports and tests.

An executable MVP with dashboard, tasks, monitoring, linked evidence, review, reports and a responsive experience; institutional release remains pending.
