Case summary

01

Problem

Institutional monitoring had to connect activities, indicators, targets, deliverables, budgets and two-month progress while preserving traceability by area and separating provisional information from approved results.

02

Intervention

V1 centralised operations in a first web platform. V2 retained its useful rules and moved the product to a modular application with React and TypeScript.

03

Outcome

PAI evolved from a first modular planning and monitoring solution into a modular application with explicit rules, auditable review and a clear distinction between approved results, provisional results and gaps.

04 / UI

Visual system

Typography and tokens documented for PAI.

The visual identity keeps the deep blue and yellow across versions. V2 refines hierarchy, semantic states, components and responsive behaviour without breaking the product's recognisable continuity.
